A high-speed, high density memory module, the MM-6795F provides up to 256MB of FLASH memory on one board. The MM-6795F is VME/VME64 bus compatible. Boards operate with block transfer (BLT) of 256 bytes for VME and 2KB for VME64 (MBLT).

A FLASH memory software driver example is provided on a floppy diskette along with a sample listing in "C" code. Software drivers for different operating systems are also available.

Reliability is ensured by burn-in and running memory diagnostics that check operation for 48 hours while temperature-cycling boards from 0 - 60°C.
