VMETRO is committed to the long term support of our products. 10+ years is not unusual. However, as new products become available, some are categorized as ‘mature’ – because we would recommend newer, higher performance products nearer the start of their life-cycle for design-in. Some products, usually due to component obsolescence, may be discontinued if it is not viable to design-out this material. In this case, VMETRO endeavors to announce adequate warning or forward buy stock to secure manufacture.
